Greg Clancy


Greg grew up in Falmouth, where he began building homes and renovating in 2002. He has since built a reputable and respected company name with a long list of satisfied customers. 


Heather Osswald


Heather's history in the construction industry is more personal than business. Her father worked in the construction field, and when she was younger she would tag along on the weekends to help with side work. Since 2015, she has overseen and handled the daily operations of the administrative and accounting aspects for the company. 

When not at her desk, she loves to travel with her family and visit her son who is in the Navy.


Natalya Doherty


Natalya has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge of every element of the construction process. She works with clients throughout all stages of the project and specializes in design elements and selections. 

When she's not working, Natalya enjoys heading to Maine in her RV with her husband and their four dogs.

Her favorite part of her job is the collaboration with her coworkers and clients.


Shannon Sylvester


Shannon has been active in the construction field for the past 8 years. She joined the team to help us coordinate with site engineers & the town for permits on our projects. 

Shannon is a lover of art, and spends a lot of her free time acrylic painting or taking scenic photography.

She loves witnessing the process of our clients homes transforming into beautiful & personalized just for their liking. 


Brian Foley


Brian has worked on high-end residential projects as both a designer and project manager. He creates plans and renderings of upcoming projects, as well as guiding clients throughout the design process. 


Susan McCabe


Susan has worked in the residential architecture field for over 30 years in the Cape Cod and New England area. She has created plans for small renovations to new homes and everything in between.

When she is not at work, Susan has a myriad of hobbies including woodworking, creating house portraits and watercolor paintings. She spends many of her weekends up at her family's cabin in New Hampshire and her summers aboard her boat docked in Woods Hole.

Susan loves getting to know our clients, their interests and how their family functions so she can design their perfect dream home tailored personally for them.


Matt Wyllie


Matt has been involved in the construction industry for the past 4 years. Spending half that time as a carpenter and the other half as an architectural designer.

When he is not at his desk, he enjoys trying the newest restaurants on Cape Cod, watercolor painting and walking his dog on the beach.

Matt loves being able to take an architectural idea or vision and make it into a reality. Being able to point at a house and say "I played a part in the design or construction process," is an aspect that never gets old for him. 


Eric Wing

Custom Cabinet & Woodshop Manager

Eric began his career in the construction industry as a framer before quickly switching to working in a custom cabinetry shop. Shortly after, he opened his own custom cabinetry company and merged into Clancy Construction a few years ago. He has over 35 years of custom woodworking experience.
When not in the shop you can find Eric offshore fishing for Tuna and Mahi Mahi, or cross-country biking on the network of local trails here on Cape Cod.

He loves the opportunity to create unique custom elements and complex built-ins that we add to our homes.


Paige Helfrich


Paige works with clients on the interior and exterior design elements of their home. With an administrative and design background, Paige is an asset to the team and brings organization and creativity to the many moving parts of a project.

In her free time, she loves going to the beach and spending time with her three children and husband.

Her favorite part of the job is seeing all the elements of a design come to life in the final product.

Erika Eccleston


Erika has experience in a variety of areas in the design industry, helping her guide our clients through the interior design process. As a selections coordinator, Erika works with her clients to create a personalized look for each space.

When she is not in the office, Erika enjoys exploring local restaurants and antique shops, and baking with her daughter.


Steve Carll


Steve has worked in construction since 2004, particularly in framing. He currently runs our framing crew and ensures that all framing phases of our projects run smoothly. 


Adam Ross


Adam has an extensive background of over 20 years in the construction and project management industry, Adam started his career as a laborer and worked his way up to being a project manager, with time as every role in between. As a project manager, he handles day to day operations on our job sites. This included creating material lists, delegating labor, and meeting with clients.

On the weekends, Adam loves spending time with his daughter, playing a round of golf, or his newest hobby: a round of disc golf. 

He loves the challenge of implementing complex but beautiful features into our homes, such as coffered ceilings or arch work. In his own words: "As cheesy as it sounds, my favorite part of the job is seeing the smile on the clients face when they walk into their new home."



Mike Donnelly


Previously our lead finish carpenter and our custom cabinet shop manager, he has been in his current role as a project manager for 3 years. 

When not in the office or on a job site, Mike enjoys a round of golf, watching football and spending time with his daughter.

He is most passionate about working closely with our clients to ensure all their design visions are brought to life.


Shane Mason


Shane has a long history in the construction industry, growing up in a family business specializing in building multi-family homes. 

On his days off, he loves reading a good book, baking and studying the latest design trends.

His favorite part of the job is the creative process involved in satisfying the wants and needs of our clientele.


Joe Binette


Joe has been involved in various areas of the residential construction industry for over 30 years. He has been a finish carpenter, owned a cabinet shop, and been a staircase architect.

Joe is a lover of all things outdoors. On the weekends you can catch him in Vermont skiing, hiking or kayaking  with his family.

His favorite aspect of the job is watching the creation and implementation of finish carpentry and built-in cabinets.
